Quieting Your Mind/Creating Breathing Space/Calming Your Anxiety/A Place to Process & Receive Support/Giving Expression to Your Unique Self Through Expressive Arts Therapy/
I am in the process of accepting a small group of clients (4-6 people) for a unique expressive arts group. This group will focus on the use of a variety of art and writing exercises to support the reduction of anxiety. Participants do not need to have any prior art or writing experience to participate in the group.

The group will meet for a total of 6 sessions. All supplies will be provided for the group experiences. If you are interested in finding out more information about this group please contact me at 708.769.3489.
I also provide expressive arts therapy for individuals and couples. If this venue would be preferrable for you please let me know.
