Walk & Talk Therapy Groups

A space to gather weekly (or once a month) with a group of women in nature.
A space to explore the connection between body and mind/movement and mental health.
A space to discover (more) curiosity, self-compassion, mindfulness and self-agency. 
A space to listen, reflect and be present with yourself and others. 

A space to explore journaling/writing, bibliotherapy, expressive arts. No writing or art experience is required. 


 

The Mind & Body Connection

Discover the power of movement and mental health. Encounter the healing benefits of nature while engaging in therapy. My services are designed to help you find balance and well-being in your life. Learn the art of mindfulness and self-compassion to cultivate a deeper sense of peace and well-being. Individual and group sessions provide practical tools and techniques to help you manage stress, enhance self-awareness, and foster a more proactive mindset. Embrace the present moment and nurture your inner self. 

For those who would like to explore movement, nature, connection to self and others and mental health strategies through mindfulness, self-compassion, journaling/writing, bibliotherapy, expressive arts, introspection and self-reflection. No writing or art experience is required. 

A walk and talk therapy group can be helpful for those experiencing any of the following challenges:
Grief and Loss  /  Anxiety  /  Depression  /  Life Transitions /  Self-Esteem  /  Stress Management  /  Post-Traumatic Growth /  Parenting related stress & anxiety

Upcoming groups:

Tuesdays 9:30am-10:45am (in Naperville) A 4-week closed group for 6-8 participants (next group begins January 16, 2024)
Saturdays 9:30-10:45am (in Aurora) A 4-week closed group for 6-8 participants (next group begins January 20, 2024)

Cost: $160 for a 4-week group
